- Kickboxing - It's a sport derived from muay thai which is similar to boxing but kicks with feet are allowed in it. This is an excellent training routine to burn calories, increase stamina and body toning.
- Power yoga - A combination of traditional yoga with dynamic exercises places demands on all of the muscles boosting circulation and improving muscle tone.
- Pilates - An exercise approach using the proper body mechanics, movements, truncal and pelvic stabilization, co-ordinated breathing and muscular contractions to promote strengthening of the core.
- ABT - An intense lowerbody conditioning work out focusing on toning abs, butt and thighs.
- Aerobics - It is a high energy exercise class set to music with variety of structured movements that will get your heart and lungs pumping with more blood & oxygen. Plus it is loads of fun.
